In Their Own Words

βI've tried a handful of personal trainers over the years and Charlotte by far has been my favourite for a number of reasons. Our sessions were always dynamic, and she always struck a fantastic balance of pushing me - but never out of my comfort zone, or to a point where I dreaded working out. My body has changed more than I envisioned it would, and I am so much stronger for it. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone.β

βAfter having 6 months off professional dancing due to a back injury, I started training with Charlotte to rehabilitate my back and strengthen my core. It's been incredible, Charlotte's programs are varied and accommodating. She always has feedback for my progress, checks in on how my body is adjusting to the program, and is happy to change/tweak exercises based on my level or needs for my injuries. I'm very happy to say with Charlotte's help I'm back to comfortably performing 8 shows every week. Not only has she helped me gain my strength back to perform shows, she's also taught me the knowledge to help prevent injuries and maintain performances when previous strains may return due to work load.β

First run in probably about 4 yearsβ¦. @charlottesamaroo got me feeling strong enough attempt one! Not quite 5k and not a crazy speed but one thing about a recovery journey is slow and steady ππΌπ§ΏππΌ
